Located on the Nassau-Queens border, the spa has become a haven of tranquility for the Black community, offering a safe and supportive space to prioritize self-care and well-being.

Cameron Richards, who has over 15 years of experience in massage therapy, founded Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa with a clear mission: to create a space where clients could receive professional massage services and feel a sense of belonging.

Over the years, Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa has gained a reputation for its personalized approach to wellness. It provides therapeutic massages and other spa services that cater to its clients’ physical and emotional needs. With a focus on helping clients manage stress, alleviate pain, and reconnect with their bodies, Somatic Massage has become more than just a spa. During this retreat, the Black community can prioritize mental and physical health.
