Black-Owned Food Truck Owner

Congratulations to Larry Swayne, the Black-Owned Food Truck Owner Wingzza. A native of Washington, D.C., Swayne has gained recognition for his award-winning sauces, which have been featured on food networks and cooking channels. Known for his unique twist on the iconic D.C. mambo sauce, Swayne has made a big name in the food world, especially in North Carolina.

Swayne’s journey took a significant turn when he received an exciting call from Food Lion, one of the largest grocery chains in the region. They informed him that his Wingzza Mambo Sauce would now be sold in 534 North Carolina stores. “It was surreal to see my product go from my kitchen to the food truck to store shelves,” Swayne shared, reflecting on his incredible achievement.

What started as a passion project in his kitchen has turned into a thriving business, and his success is a testament to the power of hard work and determination. Swayne’s goal of creating generational wealth for his family is now closer than ever as his business expands.

Wingzza Mambo Sauce is now available for food lovers to enjoy at Food Lion stores, and Swayne’s journey is an inspiring example of turning a dream into reality.
