Two Black Women Turn $1500 & a Church Van Into Tennessee’s First Rolled Ice Cream Academy

Two best friends from Tennessee have turned a small idea into a big business. With just $1,500 and a church van, they started something special – Tennessee’s first-ever rolled ice cream academy.

Meet the owners of Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream, who turned their spring break idea into a unique business that is now helping others. What started as a dream during spring break has grown into Roll Academy. In this place, people can enjoy rolled ice cream and also learn how to start their own rolled ice cream businesses.

The two women, who call themselves best friends and now business partners, wanted to do something fun and different. Instead of following a traditional path, they took a big chance on themselves. With a small budget and a lot of passion, they bought a used church van and turned it into a mobile rolled ice cream shop.

Rolled ice cream is a unique treat made by pouring fresh cream on a cold plate, mixing in different flavors, and moving it into beautiful curls. People love watching the process as much as they love eating it. The women quickly saw that not only did people enjoy the ice cream, but many were also curious about how to make it and start their businesses.

This inspired them to create Roll Academy – a program that teaches others how to start and run their own rolled ice cream business. The academy includes lessons on making rolled ice cream, food safety handling, and learning business skills.

What started as a small idea with $1,500 and a church van is now helping many people start their businesses and chase their dreams.
