Tracey Conley Bray, founder of Mental Help 365, a clothing brand , turned her grief into action after the heartbreaking loss of her two young adult children, who passed away just seven days apart in July 2020 due to COVID-19. This tragedy left Tracey in a profound mental health crisis, but instead of allowing it to consume her, she found a way to support others struggling with mental health.

In 2021, Tracey launched Mental Help 365, a clothing brand aimed at raising awareness about mental health. The brand features a line of t-shirts and hoodies with empowering messages meant to encourage those facing mental health struggles. Tracey’s mission is to provide comfort and hope to others who may be going through similar challenges while also breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Since its launch, Mental Help 365 has completed two successful campaigns, donating some of the sales proceeds to mental health organizations. These efforts aim to support those in need and continue participating in initiatives that help individuals facing mental health challenges.

Supporters of the cause are invited to explore the clothing brand and contribute to spreading awareness by visiting the official store. Tracey’s mission is to inspire hope, encourage open conversations about mental health, and help those in need find the strength to keep going.

By wearing these empowering designs, people can show their support for mental health awareness and help break the stigma around seeking help.
