Detroit, MI — A powerful father-daughter duo from Detroit is about to take the national stage, showing the world that hard work, love for the city, and a passion for restoring homes can lead to big dreams “HGTV show” coming true.

Kristyn Patterson, also known on social media as @callherkris, and her father, Pancho Patterson, are bringing their Detroit home renovation skills to HGTV with a brand-new show called “Condemned.” The show will follow the pair as they tackle some of the toughest home restoration projects in Detroit, proving that no house is beyond saving.

Kristyn is a well-known property investor in the city, and Pancho is a master builder with decades of experience.
