Princess Richard Transforms Skincare with Hero Cosmeceuticals

In 2016, Princess Richard made a life-changing move from Nigeria to Canada with Hero Cosmeceuticals. While adjusting to a new culture, she faced unexpected skin challenges caused by Toronto’s cold weather, including breakouts and hyperpigmentation. Her struggles ignited a passion for skincare and a determination to find solutions, eventually leading her to pursue a career in medical aesthetics.

As she entered the industry, Princess noticed a significant gap in representation for women of color. This inspired her to create an inclusive space where everyone, particularly women of color, could feel understood and cared for. In 2020, she launched Skin Cave Beauty, a welcoming environment where clients could receive personalized skincare treatments and feel confident in their skin.
