Twins from Foster Care Give Back with Non-Profit for Foster Kids

Cherry and Sherry Wilmore, known as everybodysfavoritetwins, are twins from Houma, Louisiana, who have turned their challenging childhood into a mission to help others. Growing up in foster care, they experienced firsthand the difficulties that come with being in a vulnerable community. Now, they are determined to give back in a big way.

The twins recently launched their non-profit, Cherish Times Two, which supports foster children from underserved backgrounds. Their organization aims to provide resources, mentorship, and support to help these kids navigate their journeys and build better futures.

“We understand the struggles foster kids face because we lived it,” Cherry said during their interview on the Jennifer Hudson Show. “We want them to know they are not alone, and there is a community here to lift them.”

Through Cherish Times Two, the sisters organize events, provide essential supplies, and create opportunities for foster children to thrive. They also serve as role models, showing these kids that their past does not define their future.

The Wilmore twins have become an inspiration in their community and beyond. They use their platform to shed light on the struggles of foster care and how it shapes young lives. Their passion and determination to “pay it forward” have earned them admiration and support from many.
